Andrew Parr is a clinical hypnotherapist and trainer with more than 33 years of professional experience. He has trained hundreds of practitioners across the UK and internationally. The academy is accredited by ACCPH (Accredited Coaches, Counsellors, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists). Graduates are eligible for professional membership and can practise as insured hypnotherapists upon completion.
No – although you will learn advanced approaches, this Diploma is designed for complete beginners. We start with the foundations and build your skills step by step, so you're not left guessing in real sessions. If you already have a background in hypnotherapy, therapy or healthcare, you'll still benefit from a clear, professional structure, supervised practice and Andrew's innovative approach and methodology.
Yes. This Diploma is accredited by the Accredited Coaches, Counsellors, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists (ACCPH), the National Council For Hypnotherapy (NCH), The General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC) and the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR). For the ACCPH you need to attend 50+ hours of live training. For the others, 120+ hours of live training. On graduation, you can apply for professional membership and insurance in the UK. You graduate with a Diploma in Advanced Hypnotherapy & Hypnosis, demonstrating your training in professional therapeutic hypnotherapy and advanced practitioner methods.
Assessment is ongoing. Each module includes coursework which you complete and submit to our independent assessor. You'll also keep a practice log and submit case histories. There's no final exam – your progress is assessed through coursework and monitored practice.
The full qualification, including coursework, case studies, and assessment, is typically completed within 6–12 months. There's no time limit, and you have lifetime access. The live cohort runs for 12 weeks alongside the regular ongoing weekly live sessions.

Yes. Become a Practitioner Online is £4,995 when paid in full, or you can choose 12 monthly payments of £417 or 18 monthly payments of £278. The In-Person route is £5,995, or 12 monthly payments of £500 or 18 monthly payments of £334. Premium 1-1 is £10,995 paid in full.
Yes. The course is delivered online, with live Zoom sessions offered at various times to support international students. Many students join from outside the UK and complete the Diploma fully online.
You'll practise with fellow students in our regular online supervised practice sessions, where you receive feedback and guidance. As your confidence grows, you can also practise with volunteers. Many students arrange extra practice with peers outside the scheduled sessions too.
Yes. The Diploma is designed to train you to work with real people professionally, and to charge a professional fee. In the UK, the qualification supports applying for professional membership and insurance (see the accreditation question above).
